Food for thought
Here's Jenny's first CRACK at blogging. Well, my Editor in Chief (Chelle, no offense Chelle, LOVE YOU!) missed a few points about Rhiannon's essay contest. She actually won't be meeting Jared Fogle until next Saturday. Here is the link for the article in the newspaper. They made the formal presentation on Wednesday. It's kind of a bittersweet win for the Yazzie's: on the downswing of Youth of the Year. However, we are proud of her and her winning essay. She already has the makings of a great PR spokesperson. Her answers and responses were clear and gracious. GO RHIANNON!

Way to go, Rhiannon! How exciting. Ask Jared what his favorite sub sandwich is for me, and if he still eats them. (mostly kidding, though it would be interesting to know).
Who in the heck is Jared Fogle and why should anyone care? I am a crackhead at pop culture.
Regardless, that is a mahvalous thing for Rhiannon. She has a gift for words which will serve her well in the future.

Okay, I went and read the news article. I guess Jared Fogle would be a good one to swap stories with. "Just how often DO you eat cheese? And do you avoid the avocado?" A person could lose weight eating onion and lettuce sandwiches, hold the bread.
