The Yazzies are on the move...again. We had a bid on a house (since late February) but that one never came to fruition. The combination of it being a short sale and the seller's agent didn't really have a clue how to negotiate with the bank made the situation bleak. We were at the point of self combustion, angry at our agent and the seller's agent, when our agent suggested an alternative route. She had a home that just got reduced and was a good deal. We took one look at it and fell in love. The spirit of the house was a complete change from the other home we originally wanted. It felt like home. Another plus is that it is closer in (to work, living) rather than farther out like we were originally going to do. It never ceases to amaze me that when a decision is right, the pieces fall into place. We had a compressed time frame to close and the paperwork and processing has all gone fast and smooth. We are so blessed and excited for this opportunity.
We get the keys on Firday (23rd) and we begin painting over the blue and salmon colors currently adorned there. We are moving all the "stuff" in on Monday. (come help!) :) I hope we are done packing by then. This is not the best time to move, but that's how it is. We will have to find time between HS graduation and 8th grade promotion and of course we couldn't miss the final American Idol. I'll send pictures and hopefully catalog our move and the graduations: HOPEFULLY. I still don't do this blog thing very well.

I can't wait to see it! Ü The only way to get better at blogging is to try, try again.
Yes, well, it comes down to time, time, time. :)
